   Started at the kickoff when the Social Circle, GA facility was Baxter and then Shire and all was Peachy! One team 1 goal... somewhen left after 2 years while nether Takeda. The facility is Huge and is run by a large ethnic group, significantly larger than the percentage of local population that is running the facility. The culture became toxic very quickly to put it nicely. People leaving left and correct. The work isn't hard only people are lazy. The salary apparently is low but this is GA, where cost of living is considerably less than CA, MA, NC etc... The key to taking any position these days is to come up in High salary wise equally promotions and real pay increases here but get to just a chosen few. There are cameras everywhere and signs say you are beingness watched and then fair alert. Management is pretty bad from the top down, not impressive, only they will never admit it.

   None that I am aware of. It was a task for a while. if I had information technology to do again, wouldn't change a single thing I said or did.

   When they enquire your opinion, they really mean tell them what they want to hear. Disproportionately Puerto Rican, eastward.g. 40% (estimated) - not consequent with local demographics. Pocket-sized minded management looking for an "easy button". They brandish little trust or confidence in those that hire, except those that tell them they can do what they need to practise without post-obit the law, building code, science and common sense.

    No opportunities for development. You lot can work hard for years and still won't be promoted. Direction/leadership is nonchalant about employee development. Get in, go the experience, and get out as before long every bit yous tin can.
